In his role, he identifies optimization potential in the portfolio companies and leads operational implementation initiatives. In addition, Christoph has successfully reconsolidated production lines in the area of footprint optimization.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Christoph gained in-depth international consulting and leadership experience at STAUFEN AG.
Christoph holds a diploma as industrial engineer in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Brauschweig as well as a master of science from the Technical University of Compiègne.
