As Associate Director, Christopher is part of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the realignment and optimization of structures and processes in the portfolio companies. Christopher's restructuring focus includes the development of competitive cost structures, technology and innovation management as well as development and sales. Christopher is looking back on many years of experience in the consulting environment. As a Principal, he was responsible for strategy and efficiency improvement projects.
Christopher graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a degree in technology and management-oriented business administration, specializing in innovation management and mechanical engineering. He also holds a doctorate from the TU Munich.
