Daniel is Associate Director at AEQUITA and part of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the transformation, value creation and restructuring of portfolio companies. Before joining AEQUITA, Daniel worked in the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY-Parthenon, where he led global carve-out, integration and JV programs for multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in the Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Chemicals and Life Sciences sectors, and was responsible for deal execution and business continuity.
Daniel studied Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (Bachelor of Science) and Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth (Master of Science), including a period abroad at Warwick Business School (UK).
