Florian serves on the Operations team as an Associate Director.
As a project manager, his focus is on the transformation and optimization of the operational areas of production and logistics. With his in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, product system design and cost optimization, Florian leads operational excellence initiatives within the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Florian was most recently a senior manager at Porsche Consulting and held various positions at Daimler AG, including working as a project manager for logistics projects and as a logistics planner.
Florian studied at the Technical University of Darmstadt and holds a degree in industrial engineering and a master of science with a focus on supply chain planning.
