Florian is an Associate Director and part of the Operations team. Together with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the portfolio companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, Florian worked in a management consultancy for operations, in in-house consulting for a global technology group and in the operational excellence department of a large automotive supplier. As a result, he has gained in-depth experience in the holistic restructuring and transformation of manufacturing companies and production networks in a wide range of industries.
Florian is an industrial engineer and holds a Master of Science in Technical Production Management.
