He is responsible at the executive level for the strategic realignment of the portfolio companies. In addition to the overall management of the companies, his focus is primarily on the product development process – in particular sales, development and product management.
Before joining AEQUITA, Gero held various positions in the area of safety-critical parts at Bosch and ZF Lenksysteme, most recently with full responsibility for a business unit undergoing restructuring.
Gero graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne with a degree in industrial engineering.
