Isam is a Manager and part of the Operations team at AEQUITA, focusing on the restructuring and transformation of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, he worked at Boston Consulting Group in Corporate Finance and Strategy and at PwC in Transaction Advisory, advising corporates and private equity clients on divestments, acquisitions, carve-outs, post-merger integration, and value creation initiatives. Earlier, he held business controlling roles in an international industrial group, driving global performance steering and transformation.
Isam holds a Master’s degree in International Management with a specialization in Finance from the International University of Bad Honnef.
