Janis is a Senior Manager at AEQUITA and a member of the Operations team.
He focuses on the operational transformation of companies, as well as the design and implementation of efficiency and value-enhancement programmes.
Prior to this, he spent several years working in management consultancy, most recently at Porsche Consulting. There, he was involved in comprehensive transformation, efficiency and project management programmes – particularly in the areas of operations, supply chain and procurement, with a focus on the automotive industry.
He studied Supply Chain Management at the University of Groningen (M.Sc.).
