As Manager Tax, Jonas is part of the Corporate Functions team.
In his role, he supports the portfolio companies in all tax-related issues as a sparring partner. Further, his focus is on tax transactions and restructuring advice as well as on topics of national and international corporate tax law. Before joining AEQUITA, Jonas worked in the International Tax & Transaction Services department of EY (Ernst & Young).
Jonas is a Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater), studied business law (LL.B.) at the University of Kassel and graduated from the University of Mannheim with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting & Taxation.
