Joscha is an Associate Director at AEQUITA and part of the Operations team.
Joscha has many years of experience in operational excellence with a clear focus on efficiency improvement, continuous improvement and employee development and empowerment. Prior to joining Aequita, Joscha gained extensive industry experience in medical technology and the automotive industry. Most recently, he worked at the private equity firm Mutares, where he actively supported the restructuring and transformation of portfolio companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Management and an MBA with a focus on Engineering Management.
