Julia is part of the Corporate Functions team as a Recruiting Specialist.
Within the HR team, she supports the growth of AEQUITA by filling various specialist and management positions at holding level and in the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Julia worked in HR and recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group and various recruitment agencies. She gained experience in executive search, talent acquisition, sales and onboarding processes.
Julia is a pedagogue and holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Science from the University of Regensburg.
