Lars is a Senior Manager and part of the Operations Team.
As part of the transformation of portfolio companies, he is responsible for growth initiatives as well as the structural and organizational development of the sales organization.
Before joining AEQUITA, Lars held several leadership roles at a medium-sized company in the electrical engineering sector, most recently as Head of Sales Excellence. Prior to that, he supported clients as Senior Consultant at Roland Berger in implementing operational and strategic improvement measures.
Lars holds a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master of Science in Business Administration with focuses in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Münster (Westfälische Wilhems-Universität Münster).
