Manuel is a Associate Director at AEQUITA and a member of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the performance improvement, value creation, transformation and restructuring of portfolio companies, with a particular focus on the realization of competitive and efficient cost structures. Prior to AEQUITA, Manuel worked as a project manager at Roland Berger, where he led corporate performance programs across various industries and managed transformation projects for large corporations.
Manuel holds a Ph.D. in cross-border mergers & acquisition from the Technical University of Berlin and a M.Sc. in Management from the University of Mannheim.
