Manager Recruiting
Martin is part of the Corporate Functions team as Manager Recruiting.
In this role, he is responsible for filling management positions across the portfolio companies, thereby making a significant contribution to the ongoing development and value creation of AEQUITA’s investments. He also supports the operational units with strategic recruiting initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle.
Before joining AEQUITA, Martin spent over 15 years in executive search - including roles at Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn Ferry - with a clear focus on placing leadership positions in industrial companies, often in the context of transformation and private equity investments.

Martin holds a degree in Education and Psychology from the Freie Universität Berlin.
