As a Senior Manager at AEQUITA, Martin is part of the Operations Team.
His focus is on restructuring and optimization in the area of “Procurement” within the portfolio companies. Before joining AEQUITA, Martin headed Strategic Procurement and Supplier Management at a mechanical engineering company and worked as a Senior Consultant at a management consulting firm in the area of “Operations & Supply Chain Management.” This allowed him to gain extensive experience in implementing transformation programs and cost-reduction initiatives in procurement as well as in the area of “Operational Excellence.”
Martin holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
