Maurice serves on the Operations team as an Director. He supports portfolio companies at the management level, focusing on operational restructuring, plant turnarounds, and sustainable performance improvement. Before joining AEQUITA, Maurice built over 25 years of international experience in progressive operational and leadership roles at Faurecia, Assa Abloy, Etex and Mutares, where he led continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and plant management across the automotive, industrial, and building materials sectors. His experience spans lean manufacturing, project management, autonomous and total productive maintenance (TPM) deployment, and financial diagnostics for operational turnarounds, complemented by extensive cross-cultural leadership experience across France, Spain, Portugal, Romania, and other international markets.
Maurice holds an Engineering degree in Mechanics and Textiles and speaks French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
