As an Associate Director, Maximilian is part of the Operations team.
Together with the team, he is responsible for the financial restructuring and transformation of portfolio companies, as well as for establishing a high-performing finance function on a sustainable basis. In doing so, he takes on interim management roles within portfolio companies as required. Before joining AEQUITA, Maximilian most recently worked as a Senior Director in the restructuring team at FTI Andersch and at PwC.
After studying in Frankfurt, Sydney and Madrid, Maximilian completed his degree in Business Administration with a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and also obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Münster.
