Meike is an Associate Manager Recruiting and part of the Corporate Functions team at AEQUITA. Within the HR team, she supports the company’s continued growth by recruiting specialist and management roles at both holding level and across the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Meike worked in global recruiting and employer branding at Roland Berger for several years. In addition, she brings experience in marketing, CRM, and communications from her previous roles, including positions at Philip Morris and SIXT.
Meike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
