Mersad is as Senior Project Manager IT part of the Operations team.
In his role, he is responsible for the successful execution of IT carve-out and integration projects within the portfolio, focusing on seamless system separation, IT stabilization during the transaction process, and the realization of sustainable efficiency and cost benefits. Before joining AEQUITA, Mersad gained extensive experience at leading international consulting firms, where he led IT carve-out, integration, and due diligence projects.
Mersad studied Psychology and Management at the International School of Management in Frankfurt am Main and at the Bayes Business School in London (formerly Cass Business School).
