Mina is an Administration and Operations Assistant and a member of the Japanes AEQUITA team.
She is responsible for supporting the firm's administrative and operational functions and coordinating office activities in AEQUITA’s Tokyo office.
Before joining AEQUITA, Mina worked in HR at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities and served as a HR coordinator at Morrison & Foerster. She also held administrative and operations lead roles at BDA Partners.
Mina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Literature at Tamagawa University and also holds a degree in International Business.
