Olivier serves as an Associate Director within the Operations team at AEQUITA.
He brings many years of experience in operations, with a strong focus on Manufacturing transformation, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing and people development.
Before joining AEQUITA, Olivier worked in international companies, various countries and held various positions in Manufacturing of high volumes and low volumes/low volumes. With a solid experience in production transfer, ramp-up and organization improvements for labor productivity, Olivier held roles in companies such as Schneider Electric, Thales, and more recently Mutares.
Olivier studied Mechanical engineering in Paris 'Ecole Nationale des Arts et Metiers' - France.
