Patrick serves as a Director within the Operations team at AEQUITA.
He brings many years of experience in operational HR, with a strong focus on organizational transformation, labor relations, and employee engagement.
Before joining AEQUITA, Patrick gained deep industry experience in both the automotive and chemical sectors. He has a solid track record in restructuring and organizational design, having held senior HR roles at automotive suppliers such as Ineos Automotive, Novares, Minebea Access Solutions and also at Evonik. Most recently, he worked at the private equity firm Mutares, where he played an active role in supporting the restructuring and transformation of portfolio companies.
Patrick studied Law and Human Resources at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where he earned a Master’s degree. He also holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
