Philipp is an Associate Director and part of the Operations team.
Together with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the portfolio companies. Philipp is specialized in cost optimization and cash management, reorganization through centralization and related issues in line with the Target Operating Model as well as carve-out management. He is additionally focused on the buildup of sales organizations and strategy realignment.
Before joining AEQUITA, Philipp gained many years of experience in management consulting at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, Philipp was responsible on the corporate side for strategy and implementation of related projects at PVH Corp.
Philipp earned his master of science in international business with a focus on finance from Maastricht University.
