Redouan serves on the Operations team as a Senior Manager.
He works as a generalist with a strong focus on the automotive industry. He designs and manages holistic transformation programs in our portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Redouan worked for 8 years with some of the most renowned global players in the automotive industry – in various roles for the Cars and Vans business units of Daimler AG and as a management consultant with Porsche Consulting on a wide range of projects and strategic initiatives within the VW Group.
Redouan earned a binational degree in international management in Bremen and Marseille as part of the Université franco-allemande/German-French University.
