Prior to AEQUITA, Roberto worked in major automotive Tier 1 multinationals as Purchasing Director for more than 20 years, as well as in the manufacturing appliances industry with GE. Over the past five years, he has worked on restructuring and turnaround projects at Mutares, leading procurement transformations and operational improvement programs across international businesses in various industries. During his career, he completed international assignments in Europe and Asia.
