Roman is as Senior Manager part of the Operations team. His focus is on corporate planning and development for portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Roman gained extensive experience in crisis management and restructuring at a medium-sized management consulting company. His main areas of expertise included the creation of restructuring reports, the development of financing concepts, the implementation of liquidity-securing measures, the establishment of controlling systems, as well as the realignment and transformation of organizational structures and processes.
Roman holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bayreuth, with specializations in production technology, technology & innovation management, and energy & environmental engineering.
