Sascha is part of the Operations Team as Principal Associate and In-House lawyer, where he develops and manages cross-functional strategic HR projects in the portfolio companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, Sascha worked in operational and strategic HR roles at companies including Continental, GKN Automotive, CooperStandard Automotive, and Plastivaloire. His work has always focused on cross-functional HR projects, the central management of co-determination bodies, and the design, negotiation, and implementation of restructuring projects.
After studying at the University of Giessen and completing his legal clerkship in the district court of Limburg, Sascha successfully passed both state law exams.
