Sina is a Recruiting Specialist and part of the Corporate Functions team at AEQUITA.
As part of the HR team, she supports the company in the further development of the organisation and helps to attract qualified talent for both the holding company and its portfolio companies. Before joining AEQUITA, Sina worked in recruitment for the DACH region at Simon-Kucher. There, she was responsible for recruiting high-potential talent for an international strategy consultancy, and brings with her expertise in the areas of talent acquisition and employer branding.
Sina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences at the University of Cologne.
