Sören serves on the Operations team as a Senior Manager. Together with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of portfolio companies, with a focus on end-to-end value chains, supply chain management, and sales and operations integration.
Before joining AEQUITA, he worked at Accenture Strategy in the Supply Chain and Operations practice and at a Mannheim-based consulting boutique in the Value Chain Strategy team, where he led target operating model design, performance improvement programs, and end-to-end value chain process design for clients across chemicals, pharma, consumer goods, and discrete manufacturing.
Sören holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering from Tsinghua University.
