With her many years of experience in the strategic and operational realignment of companies, she manages transformations and turnarounds in the portfolio companies. Theresa focuses on companies in the technology, software, IT, and professional services sectors.
Before joining Aequita, Theresa was responsible for the value creation program of an international software group with €400 million in revenue and spent many years as a consultant at AlixPartners and Deloitte.
Theresa earned her degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. She also holds a Master of Science and Engineering from Columbia University in New York.
