Tonia is Principal HR at the AEQUITA Group and is responsible for group-wide HR management across its European holding and operations structures.
Her focus is on building and further developing scalable HR architectures, performance and compensation systems, incentive structures, and organisational solutions in complex transformation environments. She also oversees international employment and payroll structures in Germany, Austria, and France, working closely with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external legal and advisory partners.
Tonia studied Business Administration in a trilingual degree programme at the University of Bamberg, including international study periods in Hungary and the United States.
