Ulrich serves on the Operations team as a Director.
He is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the portfolio companies at the CEO level. With his deep expertise in restructuring, carve-out and add-on acquisition, Ulrich is an ideal sparring partner in early transaction phases when it comes to simplifying the value chain and identifying value drivers.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Ulrich learned the business of operational restructuring at Helbling Business Advisors, where he was most recently responsible for the Munich team.
Ulrich earned a degree in industrial engineering in a dual study program at Audi AG.
