Andreas serves on the Operations team as a Director.
As part of the top management team, Andreas is responsible for increasing the efficiency of production processes and implementing transformation and growth initiatives in the portfolio companies. Prior to joining AEQUITA, Andreas worked in interim management, operational restructuring and lean management for Helbing Business Advisors and KPMG.
Andreas holds a degree in business administration and a master of science in industrial engineering/mechanical engineering. He has also completed additional education courses: Black Belt Lean, Certified Toyota-KATA Expert/ Manager, TPM Instructor.
