Anja is an Associate HR at AEQUITA. She focuses on talent acquisition, talent management and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Anja gained experience at Siemens, where she worked in global executive recruiting and talent management, supporting international hiring processes and leadership development initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Hochschule Schmalkalden and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Technische Hochschule Augsburg.
