As Business Partner Recruiting, Anja is part of the Corporate Functions team. Within the HR team, she supports the strong growth of AEQUITA by filling management positions at holding level and in the portfolio companies. She also supports the portfolio companies in strategic recruiting topics. Before joining AEQUITA, Anja worked for many years in executive search at HEADS!. In recent years, she was also Partner at a boutique consultancy focusing on private equity companies and family offices. Prior to her career in executive search, Anja worked for many years in marketing positions and was responsible for well-known brands such as IWC, Porsche Design and Willy Bogner.
Anja completed her degree in communications at the BAW | Bayerische Akademie für Wirtschaftskommunikation in Munich.
