Bernhard is part of the Operations team as a Director.
He is responsible at the executive management level for cross-functional transformation programs with a focus on strategic realignment and operational efficiency improvements in medium-sized companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, he worked for several years at the AURELIUS Group in the areas of interim management, operational restructuring, and buy-and-build. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting for international corporations such as Rolls-Royce, Siemens, Siemens Energy, and Equinor.
Bernhard earned a doctorate with distinction in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt. He also holds a diploma in physics from the University of Heidelberg, a B.Sc. in economics, and a B.Sc. in business informatics from FU Hagen.
