Caspar serves on the Investment Team as a Manager.
He supports transactions through the entire lifecycle and is responsible for commercial due diligence and process management. Before joining AEQUITA, Caspar worked in consulting with Bain & Co in Munich and Johannesburg and gained entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder in a Start-up.
Caspar holds a BSc in Economic History and Economics from the LSE and MSc from Oxford University.
