Clément serves on the Operations team as a Senior Manager. At AEQUITA, his focus lies on process & operational excellence, transformation, digitalization and restructuring – with particular emphasis on direct and indirect functions such as production, planning and logistics.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Clément spent several years as a consultant at ifp consulting, where he most recently led pan-European performance improvement programs from design through to successful implementation, building cross-sector expertise spanning more than 14 industries.
Clément holds a Franco-German double degree in Production and Automation from Munich University of Applied Sciences and EPF Paris, and subsequently completed his doctorate at the iwb of the Technical University of Munich.
