Johannes is a Senior Manager and part of the Operations Team
During the transformation of portfolio companies he is responsible for optimizing the structure and processes of the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance functions. Before joining AEQUITA, Johannes worked as Project Lead in Kearney's Transactions & Transformations Team. Prior to that, he gained extensive experience in implementing transformation and growth initiatives in portfolio companies as part of the Operations Team at Droege Group.
Johannes holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Technology & Management from Technical University of Munich. In addition, he earned his Ph.D. from HHL Graduate School of Management Leipzig and is a CFA charterholder.
