Florian is a Senior Manager and part of the Operations team. Together with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the portfolio companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, Florian worked in a management consultancy for operations, in in-house consulting for a global technology group and in the operational excellence department of a large automotive supplier. As a result, he has gained in-depth experience in the holistic restructuring and transformation of manufacturing companies and production networks in a wide range of industries.
Florian is an industrial engineer and holds a Master of Science in Technical Production Management.
