As a Recruiting Specialist, Franziska is part of the Corporate Functions team at AEQUITA. She supports the company within the HR team in its continuous growth by filling specialist and management positions both at holding level and in the portfolio companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, Franziska worked in recruiting at Oliver Wyman and in a HR consultancy. She brings her expertise in the areas of talent acquisition, employer branding, recruiting events, sales and executive search.
Franziska completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Mainz University of Applied Sciences and her Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich.
