Jan is a Managing Director at AEQUITA and part of the Operations team.
Jan is responsible for the successful transformation of the portfolio companies at the management level. In particular, he focuses on realignment of the product portfolio and development of competitive cost structures.
Before joining AEQUITA, Jan gained in-depth experience in industry and consulting, most recently as a partner at Roland Berger in the area of restructuring supplier companies in the automotive industry.
Jan successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic and holds a diploma in industrial engineering.
