As an Associate Director, Julian is part of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the Procurement & Performance Transformation practice group. He specialises in the digitalisation of procurement, cost optimisation and process optimisation. Prior to joining AEQUITA, Julian worked at GEP Consulting in London, KPMG (Value Chain Transformation) and Kerkhoff Consulting, where he implemented global procurement transformation programmes, cost reduction & restructuring projects for Fortune 100, DAX & mid-sized companies.
Julian holds a Masters in Management from Bayes Business School in London (formerly Cass Business School).
