Prior to AEQUITA, Kolja was Vice President for Strategy and M&A at the global investment company Allianz Global Investors, where he initiated and implemented key strategy projects and shaped their corporate M&A.
Kolja studied international management at the University of Manchester and started his career at Monitor-Deloitte in London as a management consultant in the strategy department.
