Leonhard is a Senior Manager in IT at AEQUITA. In this role, he is responsible for the IT workstreams in transactions involving portfolio companies and acts as the key liaison between management and IT. His focus is on IT carve-outs, the reorganisation of IT landscapes and vendor management – including cloud migrations – from deal execution through to implementation.
Prior to his current role, Leonhard worked as a consultant at BCG in the TDA (Technology & Digital Advantage) practice area. There, he successfully supported IT transformations, IT carve-outs and the development of IT strategies for leading companies.
Leonhard holds a Master’s degree in Technology & Management from the Technical University of Munich, supplemented by two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Computing and Business Administration from the University of Passau.
