Markus serves on the Transactions team as a Senior Manager.
He handles corporate transactions in the context of buy & build strategies and is also the contact person for add-on acquisitions in ongoing investments. Markus is particularly specialized in the areas of commercial/financial due diligence and company valuations.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Markus gained in-depth experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in transaction advisory, where he advised private equity clients on international M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, primarily in the automotive and capital goods sectors.
Markus holds a master of science in finance and accounting from FAU in Nuremberg and is a CFA charterholder.
