Mats is part of AEQUITA’s Operations team. As part of the transformation of portfolio companies, he focuses on operational excellence and performance improvement, aiming to sustainably optimize operational structures and processes and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Mats worked as a Manager at TARGUS Management Consulting, supporting companies in operational transformation and restructuring projects. Before that, he gained several years of international industry and leadership experience with a focus on production, operations and continuous improvement.
Mats holds a Master of Industrial Engineering from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School.
