Max is part of the Operations team as an Associate Director.
In the portfolio companies, Max is particularly responsible for technical development as well as the planning and implementation of projects for operational excellence. The focus is on structural and process optimization as well as operational support for the teams. In addition, he acts as sparring partner and supports the transaction team in the acquisition processes.
Before joining AEQUITA, Max gained experience in the automotive industry at Roland Berger in OEM- and supplier-projects as well as in mechanical engineering during his time as a research assistant at the WZL at RWTH Aachen University.
Max studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he subsequently earned a doctorate in engineering.
