Max serves on the Operations team as an Associate Director.
In the portfolio companies, Max is particularly responsible for technical development as well as the strategic business development. The focus is on structural and process optimization as well as operational support for the teams. In addition, he functions as an interface for portfolio-related holding activities and supports the transaction team in the acquisition processes.
Before joining AEQUITA, Max gained experience in the automotive industry at Roland Berger in OEM and supplier projects as well as in mechanical engineering during his time as a research assistant in the Machine Tool Laboratory at RWTH Aachen University.
Max studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he subsequently earned a doctorate in engineering.
