Maximilian is as Associate Director part of the AEQUITA Operations team.
Leveraging his extensive international experience in strategic and operational restructuring, he orchestrates turnarounds and transformations in the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, he led the largest production site for transmissions and retarders in the Commercial Vehicle sector at Voith, leading more than 750 employees and generating over €300 million in sales.
Previously, he held various leadership positions at Brose, including the responsibility for Operational Excellence Division in the North American region.
Maximilian studied Industrial Engineering at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
