Nikita serves on the Transactions team as a Manager.
He works in the M&A area and supports transactions all along the process. He is also a sparring partner for operational optimizations in our portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, Nikita gained in-depth experience at the investment bank Lincoln International and the Aurelius Group. He managed numerous M&A projects in the industrial, business services, TMT and consumer sectors.
Nikita studied business administration at Philipps University Marburg (bachelor of science) and at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (master of science).
